  1. Very engaging dances. Couch piece costume like a lab apron, just one small detail complementing the integrity of the overall dance. White underclothing -- symbolic of the "messages" in the voice over the music. The conflict of the moment, the day, experienced by the individual(dancer) and the world at large with regards to issues raised in the song. I would call this performance social commentary, personal and global. Movement had progression. Execution very precise. As for themes, resurgence comes to mind. Lying down, then standing. Rising from an altered state. Confronting inertia, torpor and gradually emerging from it. Also, the water (shower.) The precious resource, life force. Life's dependency on it. It's power to regenerate. Lastly, the kitty finale was amazing. Good choice to end there. Nice work.
